Der Müllraum befindet sich gleich neben der Eingangstür, die schwarze Tonne ist für Restmüll, die grüne Tonne mit rotem Deckel ist für Altpapier. / The room for the garbage can be found right next to the entrance door. The black trashcan is for normal waste, the green trashcan with red cover is for waste paper.

Fitnessraum / GYM
Die Benützung des Fitnessraumes erfolgt auf eigne Gefahr und kann nur nach Verfügbarkeit angeboten werden. Der Fitnessraum befindet sich im 1. Stock (Top 4). Der Fitnessraum kann täglich (in der Zeit von 08.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr) für eine Stunde zur alleinigen Benützung gebucht werden. Der Zugang zum Fitnessraum ist nur für Gäste und Berechtigte erlaubt. Zur Vermeidung von Schäden hat der jeweilige Benützer dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass der Raum und die Einrichtung mit der nötigen Sorgfalt benützt wird. Der Gast verpflichtet sich, die Haftung für alle Schäden zu übernehmen, die durch seine Benützung entstanden sind. Eine Verwendung zu anderen Zeiten ist nicht erlaubt und der Aushang ist zu beachten.
The use of the fitness room is at your own risk and can only be offered subject to availability. The fitness room is on the 1st floor (top 4). The fitness room can be booked daily (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) for one hour for sole use. Access to the GYM is only permitted for guests and authorized persons. In order to avoid damage to the GYM, the respective user must ensure that it is used with the necessary care. The guest undertakes to assume liability for all damage caused by his use. Use of the GYM is at your own risk.

Haustor / Frontdoor
Das Haustor hat ein automatisches Türschloss, die letzten 4 Ziffern Ihrer Telefonnummer plus # sind der Code für das Haustor. Man kann hören, wann das gesamte Schloss geöffnet ist oder man wartet bis das grüne LED-Licht erlischt. / The front door has an automatic door lock, the last 4 digits of your phonenumber plus # are the code for the front-door. You can hear, when the lock is open or wait until the green LED is off.
Parken / Parking
Das Parken ist in ganz Wien auf der Straße nicht mehr kostenlos. Das Parken ist von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 9 und 22 Uhr kostenpflichtig. Für meine Gäste gibt es die Möglichkeit eines Tagesparkticket für die Straße in der Nähe der Unterkunft (derzeit 4,10 Euro / Tag) – je nach Verfügbarkeit. Ticket und Parkerlaubnis zusammen bitte sichtbar ins Auto legen, bei Ihrer Abreise bitte beides im Apartment zurücklassen. Wenn Sie mehr Informationen benötigen, bitte kontaktieren Sie mich (SMS, whatsapp, e-mail,…). / Parking on the street is in Vienna no longer free. Parking in the 19th district is chargeable from Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm (one hour costs 2.10 euros). For my guests there is the possibility of a a day parking ticket for the road near the accommodation (4.10 Euro / day) – subject to availability. Please put ticket and parking permit together visibly into the car, on departure please leave both in the apartment. If you need more informations, please send a short message to me (SMS, whatsapp, e-mail,…).

Schwimmbad / Pool
Die Benützung des Schwimmbads erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Das Schwimmbad befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Das Schwimmbad kann täglich (in der Zeit von 08.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr) für eine Stunde zur alleinigen Benützung gegen Gebühr gebucht werden. Der Zugang zum Schwimmbad ist nur für Gäste und Berechtigte erlaubt. Der Zugang kann dann zu den zugewiesenen Zeiten mit Hilfe eines Türcodes erfolgen. Zur Vermeidung von Schäden am Schwimmbad hat der jeweilige Benützer dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass es mit der nötigen Sorgfalt benützt wird. Der Gast verpflichtet sich, die Haftung für alle Schäden zu übernehmen, die durch seine Benützung entstanden sind. Die Benützung des Schwimmbads erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.

Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt / Public transportation to city center
Mit Autobus 39A (Station ist ca. 150 Meter auf der rechten Seite stadteinwärts) bis „Oberdöbling“ und dann mit Straßenbahnlinie 38 bis „Schottentor“ oder mit Autobus 39A bis „Heiligenstadt“ und dann U-Bahn U4 bis „Schwedenplatz“ / With Bus 39A (150 meters down the street on the right) to „Oberdöbling“ and then the tram 38 to „Schottentor“ or with Bus 39A to „Heiligenstadt“, then take the U4 to „Schwedenplatz“
Warmwasser / warm water
Warmwasser dauert ca. 45-60 Sekunden, Warmwasseraufbereitung im Keller / Warm water will last 45-60 seconds, warm-water-heating is in the cellar
Waschmaschine / Laundry
Die Waschküche befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und ist gemäß den hier ausgewiesenen Zeiten zu benützen: 8 Uhr – 20 Uhr. In diesen Zeiträumen ist die Waschküche frei zugänglich. Eine abweichende Benutzung der Waschküche ist nicht erlaubt. In den übrigen Zeiten ist der Zugang zur Waschküche nicht möglich. Nach der Benutzung sind die Geräte unverzüglich für andere Gäste wieder freizugeben – es ist das fair-use-Prinzip bitte beachten. Zur Vermeidung von Schäden an den Geräten in der Waschküche hat der jeweilige Benützer dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass sie mit der nötigen Sorgfalt benützt werden. Es ist mit den Geräten schonend umzugehen. / The laundry room is located on the ground floor and is to be used according to the times shown here: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. The laundry room is freely accessible during these periods. Any other use of the laundry room is not permitted. Access to the laundry room is not possible at other times. After use, the devices must be released to other guests immediately – please note the fair use principle.
